In this book, the author, who has experienced the health benefits of underwater walking and carbonated hot springs, donates carbonated fountain equipment to a swimming center for the benefit of people suffering from knee pain, back pain, nerve pain, diabetes, cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and other similar problems, thereby promoting the health and longevity of the town. We will communicate the benefits and appeal of carbonated hot springs through our own experiences, examples of symptoms improved by people who have tried carbonated hot springs, and information on how to use the system. As an advisor for health promotion in Miyaki-cho, this is the first step in our efforts to promote the use of artificial carbonated baths, which can help treat a wide range of illnesses.
