[About the product]
-The encounters and memories in life always enrich my world-
Her memories of her school days when she could feel the footsteps of war approaching from her peaceful days; her admiration for the Jomon period that soared along with her feelings for her Japanese roots and Okinawa; her memories of meeting a young doctor while treating her for Hepatitis B, which was unexpectedly discovered during a yearly check-up; and the clear beauty of the sound of the clarinet that captivated her.――A collection of essays written in a gentle and fresh style about the days of life that continue to shine brightly in our daily lives and memories.

[Comments from the Editor]
While aging is inevitable for everyone, reading this book makes me realize that our hearts and minds do not necessarily age with our bodies. I hope that you will enjoy reading this essay, which, while living the life of an adult, has a cheerfulness and innocence somewhat reminiscent of a schoolgirl.
