[About the product]
- I want you to read it if you think, "This wasn't supposed to be like this."
People suffer from mental illness when anxiety piles up like building blocks, and when their own existence becomes stable, the anxiety building blocks are removed and their mental illness improves. For mental illnesses such as depression, panic disorder, and schizophrenia, it is important to see things from a positive perspective and increase positive experiences. This book provides an easy-to-understand explanation of the author's own psychotherapy, with positive experience therapy at its core, along with a wealth of case studies. An introduction to "Hirooka-style" therapy, which has been refined in practical clinical settings after examining more than 7,000 patients.
[Comment from person in charge]
Stress and anxiety are synonymous with modern society. If such things cause mental illness, then I once again think that the cases described in this book are by no means someone else's problem. Please use this book as an aid to think about care for mental illness in an era where you can protect your own health.
