Looking back, I remember my college days when I was a member of the art club and softball tennis club, my internship days where I spent a carefree time in a family-like atmosphere, and my time at the university when I joined the university in the year of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, where I spent a fulfilling time in the internal medicine department. I have come a long way as a doctor. This book is a doctor's life notebook, with a focus on essays written at various times along the way, as well as haiku, travelogues, memorable photographs, and watercolor paintings.

There are various people in the world, and each of them has a variety of lives. When we interact with people, we are not usually conscious of it, but when we interact with people, we are touching their lives, and we are also becoming a part of their lives. That may be the case. At a time when it has become difficult to interact with others, I would be happy if as many people as possible could touch on the life stories contained in this book.
